FIRST DEGREE (Initiation)

Last Monday of each month

7:30 p.m. St. Mary's Council 10705, 5 Hillhouse Ave. New Haven. Candidates should arrive by 7:00 p.m. Contact DD2 Peter Monroy for more info. (call ahead to ensure a degree is taking place.)

 

Monday evenings (Call Museum for dates)

7:00 p.m. Knights of Columbus Museum, 1 State St., New Haven. Candidates should arrive by 6:30 p.m. Contact Raymond Lonergan, Grand Knight or Richard Lonergan, Financial Secretary for more info.  (call ahead to ensure a degree is taking place.)

 
SECOND & THIRD DEGREES
Attire for everyone: Jacket & Tie. Candidates must arrive with a white ribbon or tie.
Candidates must register at 12:00 P.M. Preregistration preferred.  
2nd Degree usually begins by 1:00 P.M. 
3rd degree follows after a short break and a meal usually follows the 3rd degree. 
Candidates should not expect to leave before 5:00 P.M.

               Cost:       Candidates $70, (Includes Banquet)

                               Guest & members banquet $40.

                               Ladies Program $15.

               Dress:     Candidates:

                                              Black tuxedo, black bow tie, cummerbund, black socks and shoes.

                                              White straight collar tux shirt.  

                                              Active members of the armed forces may wear their dress uniform.

                                              Police & Fire Fighters may wear their Class A uniforms. 

                                              Clergy may wear clerical attire.

 

               Guests:    Fourth Degree men: Jacket and tie is required, Black tuxedo is suggested.

                              Ladies are encouraged to wear a dress, blouse/skirt or pantsuit.

               Full tables of 10 only with receipt of paid tickets can be reserved.

               Seating for parties less than 10 are on a first come first served basis.

              

               Candidates application form No. 4 must be completed and returned to the District Master.

               Sir Knights and their guests must fill out an application form. See your Faithful Comptroller.

               Qualifications: Knight for 1 Year on or before this date and

               Have attained the Third Degree prior to this date.
